TIRZ No. 23 Mobility & Drainage Study

The TIRZ No. 23 Mobility & Drainage Study looked at potential improvements that can make moving throughout the community more efficient and enjoyable and also ways that the storm drainage network can be enhanced to reduce opportunities for flooding. It allows TIRZ No. 23 to prioritize projects to pursue directly or in partnership with other organizations, including critical projects such as improvements to Telephone Road and Commerce Street.
